Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. The rareness of this great breed of bourbon is evident in its complex aromas and smooth, lingering taste.
Eagle Rare has complex aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. Bold, dry, oaky flavors with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. With a dry and lingering finish.
One of the five bourbons included in the award-winning Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. This rare bourbon is released in small quantities once a year in the fall.
The nose is of dark and candied fruit, cigar boxes and cinnamon. You’ll relish the delicate and dry taste with hints of leather, vanilla and tobacco. And finally, the finish is lingering with a hint of toffee.
This very limited 20-year-old bourbon whiskey matures twice as long as our standard Eagle Rare 10-year-old bourbon and is presented in a crystal decanter that features two beautifully sculpted crystal eagles.
